Terms of Service

1. The service
VibeGuild is a desktop application for running AI coding agents in a shared workspace, plus the account service at this website. During the private beta, access requires an invite and the service is provided as-is, without any availability or support guarantees.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for what runs in your terminals. Agents you launch execute with your local user's permissions on your machine; VibeGuild does not sandbox them.
3. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or resell beta access. Invite codes are personal unless stated otherwise.
4. Third-party agents
Agents like Claude Code or Codex are third-party software governed by their own terms and billing. VibeGuild orchestrates them but is not affiliated with their vendors.
5. Termination & changes
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and may change or discontinue beta features at any time. We'll announce material changes to these terms by email.
